Pioneering Achievement: 300 Tons of Refractory Shotcrete in 76 Hours
We have set a new industry benchmark at a local cement plant by implementing the shotcrete method for the first time at this location. This innovative approach allowed us to install nearly 300 tons of refractory material in just 76 hours—a task that typically takes weeks using conventional methods.
The logistical challenge was immense:
material was mixed at ground level and pumped through steel piping to heights between 85 and 110 meters. Despite the extreme vertical distance, our equipment ensured a convoy of the material to desired altitude and precise application on walls and roof, significantly reducing the client’s downtime.
